Information on luggage for your trip

Due to the limited space on the Glacier Express, we recommend that you take a maximum of one additional piece of luggage in addition to your hand luggage. For larger or several pieces of luggage, we ask you to organise luggage transport wherever possible.
The space on the Glacier Express is not suitable for the following luggage: Ski luggage, oversized luggage, bicycles / electric scooters.

Offer for individual travelers

For individual travelers, we recommend transporting luggage via our reliable partner Jaisli Mobility Service. Luggage can be collected from and delivered to any address in Switzerland. Delivery is guaranteed by 6 pm at the latest on the same day of travel and can be booked online by 5 pm on the day before your trip. Please note: offer only bookable during the summer months.

Offer for groups

For groups of 10 people and more, we recommend the SBB Transport-Service. Luggage check-in is generally possible until 9 am and delivery from 6 pm onwards. Please note: Exceptions: Zermatt–St. Moritz or St. Moritz–Zermatt: collection takes place at 7 am so that the luggage arrives at its destination on time.
