🚂 Dank des unermüdlichen Einsatzes aller Beteiligten konnte die vom Hochwasser stark beschädigte Bahnanlage im Mattertal erfolgreich repariert werden. A must for railway fans

The trip from Zermatt to St. Moritz is something you should do at least once in your life. It is best to take a seat on the right-hand side, then you have the perfect view of the viaduct. The food is recommended, the portions are plentiful and not more expensive than in a restaurant.

An amazing experience!

We rode on the Glacier Express between Chur and Brig and it was an unforgettable experience. It was raining when we left Chur but as we climbed higher and higher this turned to snow. By the time we reached the highest points the snow was covering the whole of the landscape. Magical! However by the time we started to descend the weather changed again and eventually we were bathed in sunshine. These climatic changes added to the drama of the trip. Everything about the experience was excellent including the service and the food. The Glacier Express (along with the Bernina Express) are two of the most thrilling train journeys that one can possibly experience. Put them on your bucket list!

Once in a lifetime experience

This is a once in a lifetime experience and definitely worth it! We got on the train in St Moritz (lovely ski village) and off in Zermatt (where the Matterhorn is). The views were amazing… stunning… there are no words to describe it! We did the regular class seating and the seats were very comfortable. We sat with people we did not know and enjoyed making friends on the train.
